Cloud Gneo sync

We have seen some issues with the Cloud Gneo sync where tasks and notebooks are sometimes not syncing correctly. 

If you are having this issue, please try to re-set the device which is out of sync, more details here.

We are working on this and hope to have a solution asap. Thank you for your patience.
