I can’t log in using the details I registered with!


If you are not able to log in with the email address and password which you registered with, firstly please ensure that the email address was correctly entered when you registered with Cloud Gneo. To check this please ensure that you received a verification email from hello@gneo.co with the subject line 'Welcome to Cloud Gneo’.

If you did receive this email and are sure that your password is correct, please ensure that  when you type your email address it is exactly as you registered with, i.e. that there is not a a capital letter where there shouldn’t be one, for example, if you registered with Jondoe@fakeemail.com, and tried to log in with JonDoe@fakeemail.com this can sometimes cause Cloud Gneo to not recognise your email address. This is something we are working on fixing. 

Lastly, if you are still having issues, please try to re-set your password and log in with the new password.
